The application process for accreditation at PSA World Tour tournaments for the 2023/2024 season is now open.

  1. Any person using or attempting to use a credential is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. It is the credential holder’s responsibility to ensure he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and any accompanying risks, obligations and responsibilities.
  2. A credential is non-transferable and Professional Squash Association (PSA) and Tournament reserve the right to revoke the pass at any time, with or without cause.
  3. A credential is only for use by the accredited party and must be clearly displayed at all times.
  4. A credential holder is only permitted to access the designated areas of the tournament venue and shall not enter any restricted areas designated by Tournament.
  5. A credential holder must not make, create, store, record or transmit any kind of sound recording, visual footage or audio-visual footage of, at or in relation to a tournament match or store, record or transmit any information or other data, including official timing, results, performance or live scores in relation to a tournament match unless authorised by PSA in writing.
  6. A credential holder shall not, whilst in the venue, use any computer, telecommunication or electronic device to engage in any online betting activities in relation to any aspect of a tournament match.
  7. A credential holder consents to being photographed, filmed and recorded as members of the audience, and consent to the use of any such film, image or recording for public transmission.
  8. A credential holder agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that will not bring a competition and/or the game of squash into disrepute and will behave with the professional expected in his/her field.
  9. The presence of the credential holder in a venue is at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSA, the venue owner and Tournament Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or harm arising from your attendance at the venue.
  10. Any property brought into the venue or left anywhere on the premises remains at all times at the entire risk of the owner of the property or person leaving the same, and the ‘Tournament Organiser’ accepts no responsibility for the theft or other loss or damage to such property.
  11. The credential holder shall comply with venue regulations or any other safety and security requirements of PSA and/or the Tournament.
  12. The credential holder must notify the Tournament Organiser immediately if this credential is lost, stolen or damaged.
  13. An applying applicant agrees to provide to the PSA a copy of his/her valid passport and/or photo driving licence to prove identity as necessary for safety and security.
  14. The submission of an application form does not guarantee the granting of accreditation or access to any venue.
  15. Photographers may take photographs from designated positions only. Any photographer stationed behind the front wall must wear black at all times unless otherwise stated.
  16. Unless the applicant indicates otherwise by selecting the appropriate field on the on-line application form, the applicant consents to the PSA and Tournament Organiser using the applicant’s information to send him press releases and related materials by email, post, or SMS.
